U8 & U9 Developmental Clinics

 (For any registered MCYSA player)

Wednesdays May 4^th, 11^th, 18^th, 25^th, and June 1^st

5-6pm       Girls U8    

6-7pm       Girls U9

Fridays May 6^th, 13^th, 20^th, 27^th, and June 3^rd  

5-6pm       Boys U8    

6-7pm       Boys U9

Cost: $35 per player for 5 week session

Player release: My son/daughter is in good health and has my permission to participate in a vigorous Soccer program. He/She has no known previous sickness, illness, disease, or bodily injury that is contradictory to participation. We fully understand that Soccer is a contact sport and that physical injury may occur during the course of practice and games. In the event that I can not be reached I give my full permission for such medical procedures as may be deemed necessary by an examining physician. I hereby release Marion County Youth Soccer Association, Marion FC, and Valley Soccer academy LLC from any and all liability claims, for injuries or illnesses while attending any MCYSA or Valley function clinic or camp. I confirm that I am a parent/guardian of the minor named above.
