REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

STANDARD REGISTRATION DATES: Monday, February 13, 2012 through Sunday, February 26, 2012

COST: $40 for first player, Family Discount: $35 for each additional player.

LATE REGISTRATION DATES:  Monday, February 27, 2012 through Friday, March 02, 2012

COST: $60 for all players.  No Family Discounts available.

Registration Applications will NOT be accepted after March 02, 2012.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Please note that for all those paying by check you will see an additional $5 processing fee added to your final cost.

Any player that is listed as unpaid from the Fall 2011 season will NOT be eligible to play in the Spring 2012 season until both the previous fees and current fees are paid in full.

Please be aware that all coaches are required to notify you after the drafts are completed as to which team your player(s) will be on.  Please e-mail MCYSA if you do not hear from any coaching staff after the draft date below so that the Board can address contact responsibilities with the coaches.

Once player drafts are complete, a copy of each player's birth certificate MUST be submitted to the coach prior to the first game. This is mandatory to certify all MCYSA records with the State are current.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE of EVENTS: (Subject to Change)

• Coordinator Draft Overview Meeting: Friday, March 09, 2012
• Player Drafts: Saturday, March 10, 2012
• Field Maintenance: Saturday, March 17, 2012
• Field Maintenance Makeup: Saturday, March 24, 2012
• Official Season Start: Saturday, April 7, 2012
