Please turn in your score sheet at the end of each match in the garage area. If there was an offense during the match, Please complete a Marion County Referee Report, including the circumstances below:

Referee Reports (including a supplemental report) are required to be submitted to the State Association in the circumstances listed below.
  1. One or more players are sent off or team officials are dismissed (send to [email protected] and copy [email protected])
  2. A player suffers a serious injury (send to [email protected] and copy [email protected])
  3. A referee has been abused (such as verbally threatened) or assaulted (unwanted physical contact) by a player or team official (send to [email protected] and copy [email protected])
