Incentive Programs
Yearly Incentives*
Registration Reimbursement
Any referee that signs up for a total of ten (10) games in a calendar year will be reimbursed for the cost of registration with USSF. Please write "Reimburse" on your timesheet next to your 10th game and it will be added to your check.
Senior Referee Status
If you have been refereeing with us for more than 3 years (6 seasons). You will be considered a Senior Referee in our system. This means any game you center will give you an additional $2 per game.

Fall Incentives**
Uniform Coverage
USSF moved to a new uniform kit that is now mandatory. We understand that this cost is not incurred lightly, especially for those that have several colors in your bag. In an effort to help you move to the new kit, for anyone that signs up for fifteen (15) games within the Fall season, just note your jersey size on your timesheet and we will get you an economy jersey for free. Limit 1 per year.
Early Bird Rate Rewards
Beginning September 19th, we have been tracking when you sign up for a game. This one is simple, if you sign up for games more than a week in advance, you will begin receiving $5 extra for center referee positions and $2 for AR positions. Just make an indicator on your timesheet on the games you signed up early for and we will validate it on our end. I know that some of you have not centered games or feel like you can't but many coaches would rather play than cancel.
Ace Referee Rewards
Some of you have been working hard and really stepping up this season. So here is how this will work, you consistently sign up early for games, and you get an entry. You switch from an AR position to help us not have to cancel a game, and you get an entry. Yes, some of the entries will be subjective, you get a call and don't go to your mom's birthday party but sign up for a game instead, and you get an entry. Every other Wednesday when you turn in your timesheet, we will take all the entries and run them through a random online picker. The person who wins gets a reward.
